LIFT measures the strength of your client relationships—across both the client and team side. It tracks key relationship drivers using structured survey data. In addition to individual driver scores, LIFT provides overall health scores, NPS, predictive LIFT Scores, sentiment trends, response rates, and benchmark comparisons—giving you a complete, real-time view of your portfolio and every individual client relationship.
Getting started with LIFT is simple and scalable—no matter your agency’s size. All we need is a list of your clients, their contact details, and access to any systems you’d like to integrate (like your CRM). From there, our Customer Success team will help set up your first survey, train your users, and make sure everything’s running smoothly. Once you’re live, you’re good to go—but of course, we’re always here if you need us.
LIFT uses a seat-based pricing model starting at 5 seats. You can choose monthly or annual billing (with 20% off for annual plans). Add-ons like SSO, integrations, and white-labeling are available as needed - all tailored to your organisations needs.
LIFT’s pricing is seat-based, meaning you pay per user who needs access to the platform. We offer a minimum package of 5 seats, ensuring that key team members—such as Business Leaders, Client Leaders, and Project Managers—can fully utilize the platform’s insights, reporting, and survey management features.
As your needs evolve, you can easily add more seats to scale adoption across your team. If you’d like a detailed quote or help determining the right setup for your organization, our team is happy to assist.Each seat is personal and non-transferable, granting access to key platform features based on the user's role and permissions:
• Platform Access – Full access to monitor and manage client accounts, with permissions set by the Champion or Project Leader.

• Notifications – Customizable weekly and instant alerts to keep users informed about key client updates.

• Notification email three weeks before the next survey send-out, with options to update participants, delay, deactivate, delete, or pause surveys.
